Actually I've been suffering from backache for quite a long time. I went to hospitals, one of them in Al Ain and another in AbuDhabi last week. Even though I showed my MRI and X-ray, they couldn't find out what's causing my backache. The day before yesterday, however, since I couldn't catch a taxi, I walked from a friend's house to my house.It took an hour. when I was walking, I realized that the backache had disappeared.
So I have started walking for at least an hour and half every day.
I like painting, but this hobby must be very bad for the body, because I stick on a chair for quite a long time.
